As dark secrets begin to unravel, Wendy discovers that the answers may be tied not only to the town’s bloody history, but to her own connection to the supernatural. Alongside her fiercely protective sister Arlo and her estranged high school crush Victoria Sinclair, Wendy must navigate a growing nightmare of monsters, betrayal, and impossible choices. As the body count rises and the line between friend and foe begins to blur, Wendy finds herself at the center of a mystery that threatens to consume Sequoia Lake and everyone she loves.
