Legal

Privacy

Watch For Free UK is operated from the United Kingdom. This page explains what we store if you create an account.

What we collect

If you only browse, we use a session cookie so the site works (security and sign-in). If you register, we store your name, email, a hashed password, role, watchlist, watch history and reviews. Newsletter sign-up stores only your email and an unsubscribe token. Contact messages store name, email and the message. There are no advertising cookies.

Film data

Titles, posters and watch-provider listings come from The Movie Database (TMDB). That is catalogue data, not your personal data.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not need an account for you to view the catalogue. Passwords are stored with a one-way hash, never in plain text.

Your rights

You may ask to see or delete your account data. Contact the site operator via the admin email used at registration of this service.
