Floodtide 1987

Ex-pat British doctor Thomas Ramsey lives a quiet life in a Normandy fishing village. When his old friend—British Defence Secretary Exton Waite—dies from a secret cocaine overdose, Ramsey launches a private pursuit against a ruthless European drug smuggling cartel.
